The problem we saw
Organizations spend millions creating documents — reports, proposals, policies, specifications, deliverables. These documents contain the accumulated knowledge of the entire organization. And most of it is effectively lost the moment it's filed.
Not because the documents are gone, but because nobody can find what's in them. Keyword search doesn't work when the searcher and the author use different words. Shared drives don't help when you don't know which folder to look in. And asking the person who might know doesn't work when that person has left the organization.
What we're building
Reamind is an AI-powered document search platform that lets teams upload their documents and search them using natural language questions. Every answer is grounded in the actual documents and cites the exact source — document, page, and passage.
We built Reamind with tenant isolation from day one because the organizations that need document search the most — government contractors, law firms, healthcare organizations, consulting firms, and engineering companies — handle sensitive information. Security can't be bolted on later.
Our approach
Citation over generation
Every answer must trace to a source. If Reamind can't cite it, it shouldn't say it. We'd rather return "I couldn't find that in your documents" than hallucinate an answer.
Industry depth over breadth
We focus on industries where document search isn't a nice-to-have — it's mission-critical. Government contracting, legal, healthcare, consulting, and engineering teams where missing information has real consequences.
Transparency over marketing
